How we approach it
Hard-wearing, low-maintenance flooring installed around your opening hours.
A commercial floor has a different job description. It takes rolling loads, cart wheels, chair casters and hundreds of feet a day, it gets cleaned with machines rather than a mop, and every hour it is out of service is an hour the space is not earning.
So we spec for wear layer, slip resistance and maintenance cost rather than for looks alone, and we plan the sequence around your business — nights, weekends, or one zone at a time so you can keep trading while we work.
We take on offices, retail units, salons, clinics, restaurants and small commercial tenant improvements across South Georgia, in commercial-grade LVT and vinyl plank, porcelain tile and commercial carpet.

Can you work outside our opening hours?
Yes, and for most retail and office spaces that is what we recommend. Tell us your trading hours when we quote and we will build the schedule around them.
Do you handle tenant improvement work?
Yes. We work with business owners and with landlords or property managers on tenant improvements, and we can coordinate our schedule around a general contractor's on site.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Every project starts with a free, no-obligation estimate. We measure the space, talk through your material options and give you a written price before any work is scheduled.
