Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Baltazar Floorcovering(“we”, “us”) does with the information you give us through this website. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. If you fill in the estimate request form, that is:

• Your name.
• Your phone number and/or email address.
• The city or neighborhood the work is in.
• Details about the project — property type, the service you are asking about, your timeline, your preferred contact method and whatever you write in the project details box.

Our web server also records ordinary technical information with each request, such as the page you submitted from, your browser's user agent string and your IP address. This is standard for any website and is used to keep the service running and to filter automated spam.

Why we collect it

To respond to you. We use your contact details to get back to you about your estimate, to arrange a time to visit and measure, and to send you a quote. We use the project details to prepare that quote accurately.

We do not use your information to send marketing you did not ask for, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection to the customer inquiry system we use to manage incoming leads, which is operated by the technology provider that builds and hosts this website on our behalf. That provider processes the information only to deliver the inquiry to us.

We may disclose information if we are required to by law, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party analytics or tracking scripts. The contact page embeds a Google Maps frame showing our service area; if you interact with that map, Google may set cookies under its own privacy policy. Loading the page alone does not require you to accept any cookie from us.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to quote the work, carry it out and meet our ordinary business record-keeping obligations. If you would like your inquiry deleted, call us and ask.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

To exercise any of these rights, call (229) 272-0538 and tell us what you would like us to do. We will need enough information to be confident we are talking to the right person before we act on a deletion request.

Children

This site is aimed at homeowners and property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the “last updated” date at the top of it.
